Neopian Council of War is collaborative effort of its admin, Starry Night, Canuckle0 and Gemma, and the members of the NCW Forum. Founded on 2/14/05 by Starry Night and InuyashaOhki, we provide a forum for battling events on Neopets organized by ourselves and our members, as well as a format for safe and fair challenges. Please remember that when you signup for any NCW Tourney you agree to follow all Neopets ToC and NCW Rules. We do also provide for users to have fun in other ways, including non-battling events, contests and discussions. One of our most popular events is the series of Werewolf games being run by NeopetsMom.

We do require ourselves and our members to follow both the rules of our forum, and the Terms and Conditions of the Neopets site. We exist to augment the experience of Neopets players, and as such, we acknowledge and respect the authority of the Neopets Terms and Conditions as they apply to us and our forums.

NCW Events NCW War III - Hosted by Starry. Our biggest 1P event of the year. League and guild competition is part of the plot driven War. Special 2P battles will be included as well.
